First got the interview session with line manager. After that, technical interview with team lead. After that got reply in email to proceed to the next phase which was personal assessment test. After passing the personal assessment test, got selected for the position
two interviewers, 1 hour interview. Seems not too hard
Lack of questions regarding some important topics (which were mentioned in job description).
Interviewers also described work process and tasks, seems quite interesting

I applied online. I interviewed at Nokia in Sep 2020
Interview
Applied online, got requested to do an assessment a month later. Got a request for phone screen with the recruiter 3 weeks later. Talked to the manager a few days after phone screen. Manager pushed back our initial talk multiple times on the same day, pushed back our talk 3 times before he finally "found a good time". Manager asked me if I could do a final interview with his team with short notice which I could not do and asked for a different time, he did not respond very kindly to my response, I asked when the next best times would be and he would not answer the question.
Asked again a week after and he said I would have to wait a bit longer. That was the last e-mail I sent and I heard absolutely nothing from the recruiter, manager, or anyone from recruitment ever again.
Very disrespectful of my time, I already had received a few offers from other companies so I was in no rush, but not even responding to me almost 2 months later is a slap in the face.
The process is slow, no clarity between steps. I will never interview with Nokia again.

Question 1
Assessment was very simple, maybe a question about DFS/BFS and a few questions regarding networking.
The phone screen I answered a few trivia questions like what is calloc vs. malloc, how to deal with high usage times, what some technologies are.
The manager had me talk a lot about the various tech I used, briefly into projects, and finally led me into a long discussion about the internet works, as well as what happens when I visit a website.
