Interview face to face after another interview by phone. This one was in a hospital room, included a math test that was pretty simple and normally they give you advice
Welcoming, good clinical questions, focused on patient safety, discussed training and how to progress. Good rapport. Discussed CPD and further training. The process was not daunting and I learnt a lot from this experience.
