Interview
There are several positions posted online around January each year for different Clinical science specialisms. First you fill out an online application form, answering questions about previous jobs etc, but also some questions where you write a paragraph answer about e.g. Why you want the job. Then you do logical and numerical tests. Then if you pass both of those stages you get to an interview stage.
