I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NHS in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied online through the NHS jobs website. I was shortlisted for a literacy and numeracy test as the second stage. This was the stage that seemed to reduce the number of applicants significantly. The final stage was a panel interview. The questions were based on the job description and it was a series of 10-12 questions. They were scored and you needed to reach a minimum score to receive a job offer. One interviewer asked the questions while the other took notes. Both interviewers were very friendly and the experience was positive.
