I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at NHS (Leeds, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
Quite a few stages. Started with basic application and eligibility questions, followed by a few online aptitude tests. Panel interview in January and assessment center in March. If you can pass the initial tests you are smart enough to do the scheme, the two following interviews are more about whether you fit the scheme from a personality perspective. I.e. Can you digest large amounts of info quickly and react to sudden changes; How good are you at working with and influencing others (don't be dominating/doormat); Do you have a can-do attitude (given the current state of the NHS, this is a must!)
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NHS (Stockton, East of England, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
Two stage interview including a panel interview. Full application to be completed including job history but also submission of a cv. Discussion as a one to one but also full interview panel including presentation
had to submit application online. Received an email to say I had passed the first stage and that I was invited to attend the hospital to do Maths and English test online, you had to get a minimum of 14 questions correct ( I believe it was) . You got told straight away if you had passed the maths and english test. Once passed they then gave me an interview date for the week later.
