I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Londres, Angleterre) in Feb 2017
Interview
Lengthy and drawn out. Two stages, including testing and presenting. Met the other candidates and had a opportunity to talk with them before and during the interview process, as an observational test

You done x 10 years ago - why do you think you experience is relevant today
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NHS in Jun 2018
Interview
This was an extremely unprofessional interview, and clearly was a box-ticking exercise prior to hiring a previously identified successor for the position. The interviewers blatantly had no intention of considering me for the position from the moment I arrived. The icing on the cake was that for the typical 'strengths and weaknesses' question, one of the interviewers agreed with my weakness—unbelievable.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NHS in Jun 2014
Interview
Formal process with panel interview. Asked why I had applied for this particular role and to give some examples of my relevant experience. Very clear questions about technical abilities. Some behavioural questions were not something I had encountered much before mainly in private sector.
