you have to do an eligibility questionnaire and an applicant form before doing psychometric tests like situational strengths, a personality profiler, numerical reasoning test, verbal reasoning test and critical reasoning test. you have to pass each test to access the next test.
I applied online then I got an interview invitation. The interview was a case study plus regular questions. I had a good experience with them as they made me feel welcomed.
