Interview
Quick turnaround from applying to interview to offer
Lots of people being interviewed.
Nice panel that interviewed me.
Once the ball was rolling it didn’t take long to do all the relevant checks and paperwork
To get a start date
It was pretty ridged although they were friendly. Started of saying they would score me on my answers which threw me off a bit. Not much opportunity to speak personally and show my own experiences or views. They did provide very positive feedback but went with someone who already worked in the NHS.

Question 1
How would you prioritise an anxious patient on the phone, a staff member calling in sick and a new starter?
Not sure yet as i am yet to go to one. But the email says 3 practical stations, one written component and if successful a one-on-one component. Not sure what else to say for this.
