The interview was on Microsoft Teams - they were running 45 minutes late but when I emailed them 15 after we were due to speak they let me know of the delay. Interview lasted 45 minutes with the Service Manager and Delivery Manager. They were very nice, it can be difficult to judge how you are doing when not physically there. They had questions about my background and were engaging. They rang the next day to say I had been unsuccessful but gave helpful feedback
