After passing the assessment center had a 30 min interview. First 15 minutes was reviewing a case study, remaining 15 minutes was spent on strengths. Strengths were focused more on what previous experience you have relevant to the role.
Video Interview:
Answered basic competency questions online - e.g, why do you want to work for the NHS? tell me a time where you XX using STAR.
Not very difficult and very straightforward.
