How would you react to a difficult or angry customer?
Face to face interview and excel test followed by a written organisational and reasoning test. Very straight forward and the two managers interviewing me were very friendly. Received a phone call a few hours later saying the position was mine
Mainly competency based questions (eg. Teamwork, resilience, working under pressure). Use STAR technique to impress the panel. Also questions about your motivation to work for them, your work experience, and your ambitions.
