I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Londres, Angleterre) in Feb 2021
Interview
I had online tests and assessment centre. Assessment centre is made up of 3 stages. First stage for me was a one-on-one role play where I was in a meeting with a difficult consultant. You get given a scenario 30 mins before the role play and you have to get them on board with your ideas. The second was a group activity where you had to prioritise different implementations for the NHS and discuss it as a group. Last was a reflection piece where you answer questions on paper about your performance overall
It was done through video call via skype .the process was not much difficult.the questions were mostly scenario based questions which were easy to answer.they asked me few questions only and also regarding the values of nhs also
