Assessment Centre-
Face to face interview- 10 mins long asking competency based questions. Look at NHS values prior to understand what they are looking for.
Group based exercise- 20 mins. Working in a group to decide which Diabetes prevention programme will be the best.
Written exercise- Given description on Young smokers prevention programme and have to provide initial thoughts of the scheme and any improvements. Make sure to read all the material.
Presentation- Given information on the Environmental scheme and have to pretend you are telling a group of people why they their funding will be cut.
