Discriminatory and selective towards certain ethnicities and genders. They advertise these roles but once in the interview room, you can clearly see these roles are rolled out for a select few
Was fairly quick - had 3 stages (written test - group discussion - final panel interview), for me most tough was group discussion. Written test was based on the trust's values and I had to frame answer according to them.
