The process was seamless. Thy allowed space in between the different stages. The exercise stage, the dictation stage and the oral questioning stage. They gave brief orientation about the process making it easy for all candidates

What will you do if you are wheeling a patient and you see another patient fainting
It was going quite smooth, it began by simple standard introduction, and I get the feeling that the interviewer really doing their best to see whether I am a good fit, and they answer my questions in details.

Interview
Simple and quick values based questions on hospital vision and values. Things like dignity and respect, safety, and similar sorts of things. Very buzzwordy. Was greeted by a manager and had to show proof of identity and fill in some simple forms. Received a background check form also.
