      Business Support Assistant Interview

      Dec 4, 2021

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at NHS in Aug 2021

      Interview

I applied online and a few weeks later I received an invitation for a face-to-face interview. I actually arrived 20 minutes early to my scheduled interview time, but for whatever reason as soon as I got there, I was called in. There was two interviewers, a team leader and a senior administrator. The interview lasted around 25 minutes and they informed me that they would call at the end of the day if I got the job. Though, I did not hear back until a few days later by email that I never got the job. However, after they sent me the rejection email, I received a call from another NHS employer. Apparently, I made an impression during the interview and it was a close call between myself and another candidate. Ultimately, my interviewers recommended me to this other employer and I received a job offer for a similar position.
