I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (Northampton, Angleterre) in Feb 2017
Interview
Very thoughtful and interesting. Gave me some pre work then was asked to do a presentation for a panel of 4 people. They were open to my ideas and asked some excellent questions about how I would implement the changes I suggested.
