I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY) in Feb 2020
Interview
Phone screen with HR. Then 30 mins with the hiring manager, 30 minutes with the VP, then 30 minutes with the SVP. I applied for another role and it was willed internally. They then suggested me for another role. That process took a week.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here? Describe biggest challenge..
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal
Interview
Applied online, HR phone screen, 1 interview with Hiring manager, 2 interviews with other managers, 1 on-site interview with the VP, 1 on-site interview with HR. Lots of behavioral and overall get to know you questions, nothing too difficult. However, I felt like they wasted a lot of my time while dragging the process out until I heard back from the final interview. They also requested 5 reference surveys (10 mins long) before final interview. They should only requested references if they were gonna make an offer. I felt bad that I wasted so much time of my references. HR person was super nice and helpful, but the process is really drawn out.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Miami, FL) in Jun 2023
Interview
Received a phone call from the recruiter after 1 or 2 days of applying to schedule a Teams mini interview for about 15-30 minutes. That went well, so she scheduled me an interview with the hiring manager a little less than a week later. The interview was friendly, average kind of interview questions that I was mostly prepared for. I was told from the hiring manager that I would receive a decision on moving to the next round within a week, but it took a little over 2 weeks. After I received the automated rejection email, I followed up with the hiring manager to thank her for her time, and also to ask about feedback from our interview. In typical manager fashion when they aren't interested, they ghost you. I will say that the HR recruiter was very responsive during the process though.
