Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-A project you have done you are most proud of -technical tools used for last position
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Apr 2021
Interview
Applied - Recruiter Contacted - Interview with Hiring Manager - Interview with Director - Interview with VP
Overall, the interviews were okay, but it did feel like they were stringing me along. The last round interview went well in my opinion, and the recruiter strung me along saying things like "I'm excited for you" while making me wait 3 weeks for a decision. At the end, they rejected me after I had to follow up 5 times.
NBCUniversal really needs to diversify their recruiting staff. More people of color. More people that understand that people come from all types of backgrounds and could have the skills to be an asset to the organization.
