It was a phone interview lasting for about 20 minutes only, and it was not as stressful as other interviews. The HR asked me some basic questions about myself. She replied me three working days later, and required me to confirm the offer within 4 days.

Interview
I was first contacted by email for completing my application with some certificates. Then I was invited for a personal/technical interview with the head of the department: we had a pleasant discussion, the interviewer was kind and professional. The interview was in German and in English.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Munich Re (Princeton, NJ) in Nov 2014
Interview
I interviewed with 6 people, including some from HR, the head of the program, and a selection of managers from different departments. It took about half a day and, while organized, was not too stuffy or formal. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. I received an offer by the end of the day (I interviewed on the last day of interviews).

Question 1
The interviewers were each tasked with a different topic - technical, interpersonal, leadership, etc. Then they focused all questions on that topic. Definitely some behavioral questions, but also a few regarding my interests and technical skills.
