Interview
Not once do they test your experience or knowledge. They tell you to research the company and sector but ultimately you can pass without that knowledge. Received absolutely no feedback and a generic email on a Saturday as well despite the fact they pride themselves for “caring”. I agree with the other comments that they clearly are focused on the CVs.

There is a few rounds of interview, and it did took some time. The process is smooth, and the interview is around 30 minutes or an hour depends on the interviewer.

Interview
First interview with HR another with the department manager. On the stop excel testing which is very unusual for an interview. You will need to know v-lookup, pivot table. The interview was for an accounting position and after speaking with the manager of the department the position and job description has nothing to do with accounting
