I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Munich Re (Singapour)
Interview
1 stage interview in person. 2 managers in charge of interviewing. Overall a pleasant process and wasn't overly difficult. Most questions were behavioral to see if I was a good fit with some technical questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Munich Re in Feb 2025
Interview
Munich Re truly excels at one thing: disappearing after promising a follow-up. HR assured me I’d hear back by a certain date—then vanished without a trace. Oddly enough, when I interviewed for another role, a different HR did the exact same thing. Consistency is key, I suppose.
