I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Modus Create
Interview
Pretty straight forward.
I was informed in the very first interview with the recruiter how the whole interview process was going to go. Two technical interviews (Possibly an introduction interview with the team. This didn't happen) and then they proceed with an offer if they like me or a rejection if they don't.
I was informed in this interview about the work methodology, payment process etc. I was also asked about my salary expectations.
They then proceeded to conduct the two technical interviews with me in two separate days with two different developers.
After that they sent me an offer.
Overall, pretty nice.

Interview
1 HR interview, 2 Technical interviews.
The HR was so easy. I really enjoyed the discussion with the interviewer. they will be asking you about the expected salary and tell you more information about the client and the job requirements. and how it's like to Modus.
then, The technical interviews. both of them are touching general software engineering concepts.
the first, was about testing, caching, performance.
and the second was about things like SOLID, OOD, open discussions questions like how to design a system with those specs. and then some JS easy questions. then some AWS easy questions as well.

Interview
I applied for a front end developer position on their website.
I had a meeting with a recruiter where she mentioned that it is a contract based position for a project for 6 months initially. She asked if I was OK with it and suggested to do some thinking if I wanted to join or not. I said I would email her if I'm interested and she seemed fine with it.
I did some research and a few days later, I sent an email saying that I'm interested and would like to continue with the interview process. I didn't receieve any response so after a few days I sent a follow-up email. Again, no response.
Ghosting is one of the things I absolutely hate. I understand the company might not want to continue the process for whatever reason but at least tell me. I'm not expecting much.
Pathetic experience.
