Modus Create interview questions

First step was a video meeting with Tereza, a very nice person from their HR. Everything went smooth and by the book. Next step was (or shall I say, should have been) the 1st technical interview where someone would have asked technical questions React/Vue/Node/TypeScript related with a chance of doing a live coding challenge, as well, as informed by Tereza. The guy did not show up for the meeting. Not only that but they did not even announce in advance. I know things and life happens but they could at least let me know minutes before, if more than minutes was not possible. This, for me, shows how little they value us, they employees. I value my time a lot, as everyone should and this was just a waste of time.

One of the worst interviews I've had. 1 - HR interview, 2 - 1h30m technical interview with live coding, 3 - Architecture interview + live coding again. Excessive tests, many questions were repeated in both technical interviews. I believe not even Google has such a complicated process. I didn't see any reason to have 2 live coding sessions."
