I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft in Mar 2021
Interview

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Hyderâbâd) in Feb 2021
Interview
Total interview process happened over Microsoft Teams with 1 hr per round. Interviewers range from being stone faced to very friendly. I had a whole of 4 interviews span across multiple days. I got some very good feedback on what technical areas are lacking in my career from few interviewers and no feedback and waiting for the interview to be completed kind of rounds.
One round, the interviewer was doing a pair programming since the problem statement was very lengthy and it was fun.
Hiring manager's tone was very obvious that he found some one else and was only cross validating me with the other candidate.
No feedback from the HR so far even after 1 month and hence considering I didn't make the cut.
