It's very good process . Interview took by experienced person who asked mine engineering questions also like data flow ,data conversations. first Interview was little bit difficult. There were total 3 rounds . 2 technical and 1 HR.

Question 1
1st inteview (Technical interview): Java oops concepts, java string, Spring MVC architecture, spring boot, microservices, SQL join queries, services used in AWS.
2nd Interview (Managerial interview): Firstly the interviewer gave all information about Michelin, then gone through each and every line in my Resume and validated everything.
3rd interview (HR round) : This was typical HR round, where I was asked about everything about myself, my strengths, weaknesses, biggest achievement, best performance in current company, family background, where do you see yourself in next 5 years, why are you leaving your previous job and many more general questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Michelin (Pune) in Nov 2019

Round 1: Technical Interview
basics like SQL, PLSQL, UNIX.
Then later on Oracle Apps basics on CP
Reporting and it's types, translations, RTF, RDF
Rest all on CV
Round 2: Techno Managerial
This was with a manager. Went through the CV. Question based on what you have done and how.
Round 3: Managerial round
2 more managers took the interview. This was more like pressure test.
Round 4: HR
Just a normal HR round.
Got confirmation on same day. Offer letter within a week.
