interview with different people over zoom with several of the the current employees and workers there. you can provide your times to set and you can wait until you say you want to schedule.

The whole process is pretty well structured and clear from the beginning. But what’s frustrating was the lack of feed back. I interviewed with Facebook 3 times and was rejected 3 times. I understand I may not be what they’re looking for but not telling me why tells me absolutely nothing about why I wasn’t chosen and can’t improve. Each time the recruiter follows up and ask me if I have any question but cannot give any feedback from the interview, what am I going to ask how was your day? At that point just send me an email and not waste my schedule.
