Tough. Many questions and many different stakeholders. But manageable and realistic if you’re experienced, however was also concern about increased performance culture and didn’t get too much clear feedback though.

Describing how I currently manage stakeholders across the organisation
Long and complex. It took place over many weeks and I spoke with lots of people. Every time I thought we had come to the end they scheduled another set. I talked to over 10 people throughout and answered a series of difficult questions. But it the end it all worked out.
