I interviewed out of curiosity and only spent 2 days researching and preparing.
I can't stress enough, if you really want the job you have to spend at least 2 weeks preparing so you can craft your frameworks and responses. There are time pressured questions and you really need to feel comfortable with your frameworks.
The people I met were very nice and it was much more informal than what I expected.
I got some feedback from the PMs and there were comments such as "it is very stressful as a PM" and "how to survive as a PM at Meta" which gave me the impression it's a tough gig. However I would expect that at a company like Meta.
