I thought pre-screen interview would just be questions about how well I fit in to the position with enough experience and willing to work any shift or days. Was not expecting any technical questions.
Made it past the first round, after that all depends on which manager interviews you, Your. recruiter gives you information if they're good they will set you up well, if not better do your research

2. An initial 30min-1hr basic interview for your field.
3. “The loop”: 4 rounds of 1 hour interviews on behavioral, social, mechanical, electrical material.
