I applied online. I interviewed at Meta (Cupertino, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
30 min Python and 30 min SQL, 5 questions for each part. I think you can pass if you get at least the first 3 right from each. 4 and 5 are usually harder reach questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
SQL was regarding a bookstore, you get the same schema for all 5 questions: unique paying customers, unique sold books, average payment per book etc.
Python was mainly writing very simple functions. None of them were related to each other.
I applied online. I interviewed at Meta (New York, NY)
Interview
Prepare technical concepts, and practice previously asked questions as much as you can find online. 4 rounds in the total process. It's easy as long as you just practice a LOT.
I had Python and SQL round for 30 minutes each. The interview was for 1 hour 30 minutes for SQL and 30 mins for python coding.
Completed 5 questions each but still got rejection email the next day.
