I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
I had the opportunity to interview with Meta, and overall, it was a decent experience.
Meta provided a standard job interview experience. While the professionalism was commendable, I believe there is room for improvement in establishing a more personal connection with candidates and offering a deeper understanding of the company culture. The delay in feedback, although a minor issue, could be addressed to enhance the overall candidate experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (New York, NY) in Nov 2023
Interview
Typical meta interview process. 3 steps. recruiter screen, technical screen, full loop. The structure of the full loop for product sense, trade off, hypothesis testing may have changed. I felt like instead of allowing me to lead the discussion, the interviews felt more focused on me answering the interviewer's prompts which was a bit jarring to the flow that I had prepared. All that said, very well organized process, super positive experience with my recruiter, and overall a good experience where I learned a ton. Excited to try again in the future.
