I interviewed at Medidata Solutions (New York, NY)
Interview
There were four rounds of interviews, all with different people that ended up working on my respective team. Very standard behavioral questions regarding experience, etc. Very conversational and they work thoroughly to find a proper fit for the role. Overall I had a very positive experience.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medidata Solutions in Jun 2024
Interview
The initial interview process was straightforward. It began with a screening call with the recruitment manager, followed by a second round with the technical lead and architect, which involved basic questions. This was followed by an interview with the solution specialist. The final round was an in-person interview at the Iselin, NJ office with the managers.
After completing all rounds, I followed up multiple times but did not receive any response. Eventually, the recruiting manager advised me to look for other opportunities.
The entire process felt like a waste of time. The managers seemed to lack a clear understanding of the role and responsibilities and displayed an attitude of "we know everything." This job could potentially be a fake listing. There was a wait time of at least a week between each round, giving the impression that they didn't care about the candidate's time and feelings.
