The initial interview process was straightforward. It began with a screening call with the recruitment manager, followed by a second round with the technical lead and architect, which involved basic questions. This was followed by an interview with the solution specialist. The final round was an in-person interview at the Iselin, NJ office with the managers. After completing all rounds, I followed up multiple times but did not receive any response. Eventually, the recruiting manager advised me to look for other opportunities. The entire process felt like a waste of time. The managers seemed to lack a clear understanding of the role and responsibilities and displayed an attitude of "we know everything." This job could potentially be a fake listing. There was a wait time of at least a week between each round, giving the impression that they didn't care about the candidate's time and feelings.
