I applied in-person. I interviewed at Medidata Solutions (New York, NY)
Interview
After sending a resume, I had a phone screening with QA Lead. After passing this stage I had an onsite interview. It lasted for 3 hours with different members of the company (QA engineers, developers, PM).

Question 1
1. Prepare a mind map for testing Palindrome
2. Tell me about yourself
3. What's your biggest achievement?
I applied for the senior frontend role through an agency. They were swift in arranging the interview (telephonic) It all went well, very generic and little bit of technical. The next round was a pair-programming exercise. 5 mins before the final interview, I got the exercise. As i started coding for the exercise, the interviewers kept on interrupting and breaking my flow of working. To make matters worse, they happily created the template React exercise in typescript without checking whether the I as a candidate is comfortable with typescript.
When there are compilation issues in typescript, none of the interviewers were strong enough to quickly rectify the errors.
They whole process was arranged with the sole purpose of ensuring the candidate is put in too much pressure, which becomes confidence shattering.
Not a pleasant experience at all ! This was for a role at Hammersmith Office in London
