First speaking with HR, then the manager, then they call you in for a SQL Test and then there is a in person interview with multiple team members and the manager again.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years. Strength/weakness. SQL test.
Like other reviews said, the recruiter is very arrogant and judgemental. The recruiter asked the candidate to cooperate with their schedule, not the other way around like other companies. I sent my availability and the recruiter asked to talk at a time totally outside of that. I don't understand why they even bothered to ask in the first place.
During the talk, it seems that the recruiter needs to prove their worth by putting candidates down, like saying your experience was not good enough, or your salary expectation was too high for only xx years experiences. Luckily I've already got an offer in that salary range .

Interview
I was contacted by Focus Search Partners on behalf of Medidata regarding the Head of Talent position and after a 45 minute call I was told that I would be moving to next steps. I didn’t hear back so I followed up, didn’t hear back again and then the Principal owner emailed to set up next steps but with her again. I ended up having another 45 min interview and she asked me the SAME questions. It’s like she lost the notes from my first interview. Then I was told that I would be speaking to one of the leaders at Medidata and I would hear back after their meeting on Thursday I never heard back so I followed up. Never heard back again nor got a response and it’s been 2 months! I’m shocked that a company as prestigious as Medidata would hire a search firm with such lack of professionalism!! Doesn’t say much about the company. As a diverse Executive, it’s the worst interaction I’ve had with a search firm.
