Medidata Solutions Engineering Manager interview questions

It's a time-wasting process. I first spoke with a recruiter, it took a week to get it scheduled with hiring manager. Then no words for over a week and then they want another phone screen with 4 other members and turns out 2 of the 4 members are not available. They didn't find out until the day of the interview. After that, 2 weeks of waiting without a word. Then, recruiter calls and send me an online coding exercise. I completed it the same night and the recruiter never gets back to me!
