Interview
Basically be very outgoing, go into the interview with a lot of energy. I had no job experience prior as it was my first job so that doesn't matter much. They basically just want to see that you're a people person and want to work hard. Be excited to work there, say that you enjoy helping people and like working as part of a team.
Brief and based on availability. The feeling that they could put anyone into the role. They normally are looking to hire people in school. The interviewer was nice and respectful.
