The interview process for a McDonald’s Crew Member position was straightforward, friendly, and focused on basic customer service and teamwork skills. The Hiring Manager asked simple questions about availability, previous experience, reliability, and handling customer interactions. The interview was welcoming, entry-level, and designed to assess attitude and willingness to learn.

A group interview setting. Very casual, and involved discussing things in a group. You partake in icebreakers, and some roleplay relevant to the workplace. They take note of who is speaking the most confidently and leading tasks.

Very easy- mainly ask about availability and hours you are willing to work. Also ask about previous jobs/ experience if any. I would say that it was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had.
