The interview was pretty much what you’d expect. They spent a good chunk of time asking about my background and experience, what I’ve worked on previously, and what I learned from it. After that, the questions shifted more into how I’d handle different situations—things like problems that come up day to day, tricky stakeholders, and how I approach decision-making when there isn’t an obvious answer

The main thing they asked me was: ‘Can you tell me about a time you gave good customer service?’ I talked about staying calm, listening properly, and sorting the problem quickly so the customer left happy
The interview process for a McDonald’s Crew Member position was straightforward, friendly, and focused on basic customer service and teamwork skills. Wasn't that bad, sat me down in a store, had to wait for a bit for people before me. All just regular conversational questions, asked some questions to know me more.
