It was a good interview where they just asked about my previous experiences and didn't dive deep into much. I would recommend just practicing how to tell a story as communication is pretty important to this process.
Imagine a rush hour with a long line of customers, a malfunctioning fryer, and a new team member struggling. How would you prioritize tasks, support your team, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure food quality under pressure?

Annoying and long the process took longer than I thought it would there’s multiple interviews and the behavioral questions are pretty basic and cut and dry. I think anyone could pass as long as you prep properly and be calm
