Fairly straightforward
You have to apply online and if selected they invite you for an interview.
One group interview with some basic experience and situation questions.
They also ask about availability, and it is very important to have a good chunk of the week available to do the job

If I had any past experience in a customer facing role.
Very good, standard questions and very accommodating. They were easy to schedule with and found a time that suited my schedule. It was a very positive experience! This may have been the local management team, but I hope it is on an organizational level

Tell me about one thing someone frustrated you, and how did you react
After applying through their system, in-person interview. It was very easy and casual. (2024, Dublin) Some questions about food safety and hospitality but it's also easy and simple questions. I did an interview in the dinning area, the second floor of the shop.

What is the most important for you working here? (hygiene, customer services etc)
A group interview with around 8 people where we were asked to just introduce ourselves and have a conversation with each other while the hiring manager was watching. They hired around half of us.
