Phone Screen with Recruiter. She started the conversation by telling me that today (it was a Wednesday) was her Friday and she was leaving after our call. All of her questions were basic, but you could tell she was completely checked out. She had 0 personality and was not listening to anything I said. That was two weeks ago. It's very ironic to be ghosted post-interview by a dating company.
