Interview
Hiring process consisted of an initial phone screening, then another screening, then I can in for the interview. The interview was with 3 managing directors from the department I was trying to get in with. They all could not have been nicer. Very conversational, asked simple questions like how would you feel having to do this and are you able to balance lots of different tasks at the same time.
The interview process was thorough and engaging. From initial screening to final offer, clear communication and professionalism were evident, ensuring a positive experience overall and managers communicated frequently and followed up

Interview
Had two interviews with two different managers. Both times, I felt very comfortable and at ease with them. I was not privy to the corporate sphere at the time but you could tell that under the business attire these were some very interesting and down-to-earth people. Basic questions were asked; nothing unfair or overly complex to throw you off your game à la Google or LinkedIn (but be sure to already have an idea of your salary expectations walking in). After formalities were done we chatted a bit about our motivations and why we ended up where we are. 10/10 would interview with them again
