Interview
I was approached by Mark Adriano via 'Linked In' regarding the role. Mark was brilliant and took the time to chat in depth with me regarding the role. I was quickly invited to an interview and as soon as I had the interview Peter Harrison also part of the TA Team got in touch to give me feedback.
Peter kept me fully appraised right after my interview up until my formal job offer. I couldn't of asked for more

The interview questions were competency based but the style of interview was informal and I really felt the interviewers took the time to explain the role

Interview
Following application, two rounds of interview, initially with hiring manager a managing director, second interview with head of specialty. Majority of questions were strength and experience based, with some technical questions to ensure suitability for the role.

Applied and waited about 10-14 days. Call with HR, followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager and another team member. Good briefing before the interview with the internal recruiter. Quick feedback 3 days after the interview.
