I had an interview with two managers at the insurance specialist division at New York. The interview with them was very conversational. They tend to get drifted away to irrelevant topics from your interview.
Pretty easy. 2 interviews. One was as a group, the other was individual. Standard questions about job experience. Interviewers were pretty nice and got to see the floor I would be working on. Pre covid.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
Short, entry level role. I sat in a conference room and several different people came through and asked their scripted questions. Did well on interview but base pay was too low to live in NYC so I declined.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (New York, NY) in Aug 2019
Interview
I applied on indeed, then 2weeks later got an email for the Hirevue interview. where I had 6 behavioral questions. After that I got a call from the HR to schedule an in-person interview. I met with 3 supervisors at the same time and also met with the head of department later. Process took about 6weeks, I interviewed at the 1166 office.
