Individual assessment, tests your ability to communicate, understanding, personality , then group interview to test ability to work with a team. Getting to know ow the characters is a plus!
Straightforward and relaxed. Both interviewers made me feel as though I was able to share all information about myself. I was also able to ask all questions that I had about compensation, bonus strucuture, and other benefits.

Tell me about yourself/walk me through your resume.
Online application, then a brief phone interview with store director/HR. If successful you will be invited to a test centre/group interview. After that, the selection is narrowed down and some individuals will get a 1-1 interview with their future manager.
