I was contacted about a week later through email to attend a group interview. The interview lasted about an hour and involved group tasks. There were about 4 of us and we were given customer scenarios and as a group had to answer how we would help the customers. We were then given a shopfloor task and they presented us with two clothing rails that were messy and not in the right order. As a group we had to work together on how to make sure everythings in the right order, size, clothing item etc. We had 15 minutes to do that. After that we had another task where we had 5 minutes to find two items on the shopfloor that the interviewer told us to get.
