My review has less to do with the interview process as it does with how the company has handled themselves post interview. I went through multiple rounds and was invited to a final interview in Paris. The recruiter said my travel expenses would be paid - in conclusion of the interview I did not get the job, however I was still promised to be reimbursed for my travel. It has been 2 months that Malt has not reimbursed me for my travel expenses. I had to take the train from the Netherlands and stay overnight, so the amount is not insignificant. I have chased up on this countless times with very little responsiveness and finally the recruiter claiming they had reimbursed me, which simply did not happen. I find myself writing to them weekly. Very disappointed. Beware potential candidates.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Malt (Paris) in Sep 2019
