I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MIGSO-PCUBED (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
The overall hiring process was extremely pleasant - friendly and conversational. Applied online and the process took less than a month after the initial contact by the NY hub recruiter.
First interview was with the NY hub recruiter over the phone. Although it was only the first step and a phone screening, the recruiter was extremely thorough and passionate in explaining the culture, people and work entails within the firm - definitely one of the best initial interview process I've experienced.
Next, I was interviewed by the Managing Director via Skype (due to geographical circumstances). From the session, it was obvious that this is THE firm to be! Some behavioral questions and background questions asked but was carried out in a very conversational manner.
Then, I had a face-to-face meeting with a Director. The conversation was more like a sharing session of our professional background, walked through the projects I've handled in the past, the type of work and industry the firm is involved in, some behavioral and technical questions (pertaining to project/ program management) asked. Again, it was another fantastic session. Throughout the interview process, the recruiter continuously followed-up with me on the feedback after each session. Lastly, I was connected with one of the consultants to talk about my past accomplishments and vision, also had the opportunity to learn more about the firm. Each sessions lasted about 60 minutes, face-to-face was around 90 minutes.
An hour after the connecting session with the consultant, I received a call from the Managing Director saying I'll be offered the job, offer letter to follow (the recruiter was out of town and it was end of the weekdays; the MD spared me from having to wonder during the weekend if I'll be offered the job). It was definitely a kind and considerate gesture, which strengthened my already high interest in the firm.
Needless to say, I accepted the offer rather swiftly - fair compensation offered and it is the people, culture, teamwork nature and their passion that impressed me most which made me want to be a part of this firm!
All in all, an extremely pleasant experience and the NY hub recruiter is absolutely wonderful to work with.

Question 1
Typical interview questions about past professional experience (walked through resume, methodology/ tools used), some behavioral and technical questions (understanding of project/ program/ portfolio management, process, inputs, tools and techniques, outputs)
I applied online. I interviewed at MIGSO-PCUBED (Bristol, Angleterre) in Apr 2026
Interview
Overall I found the interview process very encouraging. Following an initial phone call with a recruiter (which was very informative) I went through a two-stage interview process with MP. Both interviews felt very open, to say that although I was asked a handful of standard questions for this type of role, I felt that I was given the opportunity to talk present myself authentically and talk about my professional interests.

Question 1
If you were to take over a project during the delivery phase, what things would you ensure you prioritised in 1. A Waterfall delivery approach; 2. An Agile delivery approach.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MIGSO-PCUBED (New York, NY) in Jan 2024
Interview
Waste of time. I went through the interview process (with HR, and two additional interviews with a member from the Migso Pcubed team) and all went well. Following the interviews there was no formal follow up to confirm or reject my application. HR told me I would have to transfer my resume and dropped off from there.
Felt very unprofessional and if they're not looking to fill positions, maybe they shouldn't be interviewing wrecklessly.
We are so sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience, that is certainly not our process! Our process is to reach out to each person who has interviewed and finish our process. We will work to improve this and wish you the best of luck in your search.
