There were 3 rounds of interviews: 1. First with HR to assess competencies, determine ability to travel and expected salary. 2. Second with Managing Director to assess fit in team. 3. Third interview with Principal Consultant for more in-depth competency assessment. All interviews were approximately 45 minutes. HR was very approachable, providing a contact point if there were any questions requiring clarification outside of the interviews.
